Job summary

Aspeq is seeking an Exam Invigilator to support examination sessions in New Zealand. The role requires you to meet identification, prepare the exam centre and supervise exams, maintaining a quiet, fair environment and ensuring compliance with guidelines.

The position is rostered for the final week of October and the first two weeks of November 2026. Applicants must pass a Ministry of Justice criminal conviction check and be eligible to work in New Zealand.

Being an Exam Invigilator at Aspeq:

As an Exam Invigilator at Aspeq you will:

Meet and check identification of examination candidates.

Prepare and set up the examination centre.

Invigilate / Supervise examinations by conducting a continual roving watch throughout the examination to ensure no cheating or other inappropriate behaviour.

Maintain a noise / distraction-free environment for candidates to be able to complete their exams.

Ensure examinations are taken in accordance with relevant rules and guidelines.

To succeed in this role, you will need to:
