Job summary

The University of Auckland is recruiting casual staff to support online exams and in-class student support. You will assist with setting up exams in Inspera and provide technical support to academic staff. Strong communication and comfort with technology are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with setting up exams and assessments in Inspera.
• Providing technical support for staff across the University.
• Providing ad hoc user support as needed.
• Tracking exam and assessment set-up in Inspera.
• Provide subject matter expertise and support.
• Assist with class test, assessment organisation and delivery using Inspera.
• Performing quality checks before exams and assessments go live to students.
• Monitor progress of tests and exams online.
