Job summary

InterContinental Wellington is seeking a Conference & Events Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team. You will manage client enquiries for meetings, conferences and events, securing the right business at the right price while delivering on the InterContinental brand promise.

The role requires building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, coordinating the planning and execution of each event, and maintaining detailed client profiles to ensure exceptional guest

Qualifications

• At least one year's experience in an administrative role.
• Ability to multitask a high-volume workload while meeting tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with colleagues, employees and third parties.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Smart appearance and uniform wear.
• Delphi/Opera/Concerto knowledge is a plus.
