Tātaki Auckland Unlimited is seeking an Event Stall holder Coordinator to oversee end-to-end stall operations across our major events in Tāmaki Makaurau. You’ll manage applications, bookings, and stakeholder communications, ensuring food, retail and community stalls are well coordinated and compliant.

Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland is home to some of Aotearoa’s most vibrant and culturally significant events, bringing communities together and creating memorable experiences for Aucklanders and visitors alike.
As part of Tātaki Auckland Unlimited’s Major Events portfolio, we deliver a range of anchor events that help shape Auckland’s identity and reputation, including Auckland Diwali Festival, Auckland Lantern Festival, Pasifika Festival and Waitangi Day and Matariki Festival, alongside other exciting events across the city.
We’re looking for an Event Stall holder Coordinator to play a key role in bringing these events to life.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end coordination of stall holders across our major events portfolio. With more than 350 stall holder relationships to manage, you’ll be the central point of contact throughout the application, selection, booking and event delivery process, ensuring stall holders are informed, supported and set up for success.
Working closely with Event Managers, Event Service Managers, site teams and a wide range of internal and external partners, you’ll help create well‑organised, safe and engaging food, retail and community offerings across our festivals.
You’ll be someone who thrives in a busy event environment where there are plenty of moving parts, competing priorities and people to bring along on the journey.
You’re highly organised, confident communicating with people from a wide range of backgrounds and comfortable taking ownership of a process from beginning to end. You’ll know how to build trusted relationships while also having the confidence to navigate difficult conversations, enforce requirements and find practical solutions when challenges arise.
Most importantly, you’ll bring a genuine enthusiasm for events and for helping create experiences that reflect the diversity, culture and energy of Tāmaki Makaurau.
