Job summary

Placements24 is seeking reliable and enthusiastic Catering Staff to join our events team around Queenstown. The hybrid, part-time role involves assisting with food preparation, event setup, serving guests and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs in preparing and plating food items according to established standards.
• Set up event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, and serving stations.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of service areas, kitchen, and event spaces.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries courteously and professionally.
• Support with breakdown and cleanup after events.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols.
