Qualifikationen

• Must hold or obtain a valid Forklift License and First Aid Certificate.
• NZ Register Level 2 qualification or at least three years of experience managing and/or leading staff.
• Passionate about fresh fruit and vegetables and delivering best quality at best prices.
• Physically fit and able to repeatedly lift heavy items (up to 15kg).

Aufgaben

• Assisting the manager to achieve sales targets and meet profitability budgets.
• Maintain high presentation standards and cleanliness.
• Leading and developing the produce team.
• Ordering and controlling produce stock levels.
• Unloading freight and receipting orders into the business.
• Moving stock throughout the business including using forklifts and manual handling work.
• Actively promoting food safety and health and safety initiatives within the department and throughout the supermarket.
