Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in implementation management, ERP lifecycle exposure, and strong leadership. PRINCE2 or PMP training is welcomed; a degree is required. On-site role in Wellington with equal-opportunity values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in implementation management.
• ERP project experience with full lifecycle involvement.
• Background in finance or technology based projects.
• PRINCE2 / PMP training preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership and people skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
• Be customer focused, and take full accountability for delivery of outcomes.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• A very high level of verbal and written communication skills.
• Be able to take ownership of tasks and develop confidence with clients and colleagues.
