Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience leading complex enterprise IT projects.
• Experience delivering customer digital enhancements, systems integration or CX projects.
• Ability to build solid business cases and manage multi-vendor environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects through the full lifecycle from discovery to handover.
• Collaborate with operations and corporate teams to translate business problems into technical plans.
• Direct multi-vendor teams and internal specialists to maintain momentum and delivery.
• Manage project finances, risk, and governance reporting to inform leadership.
• Facilitate change management and user adoption to realise operational value.
