Job summary

KPMG NZ is seeking a Management Consultant - Technology in Wellington to lead technology engagements and drive transformation for clients. You will steer large-scale ERP implementations, oversee project workstreams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the Consulting division.

The role requires a minimum 4 years in technology consulting, strong stakeholder management, and a track record in business development. Hybrid work and extensive coaching are offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Technology Consulting from Tier 1 consultancies (preferred).
• Track record building client relationships and winning new business.
• Excellent oral and written communication, with planning and influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead work streams and project teams across multiple engagements.
• Design and deliver technology operating models and strategies for clients.
• Support ERP system design, procurement and implementation activities.
• Contribute to business development and knowledge management.
• Collaborate with consultants across the wider practice.
