Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Environmental Science, Environmental Management or related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of the Resource Management Act and environmental planning.
- Experience with mana whenua, councils, regulators and external stakeholders.
- Leadership experience guiding a team of environmental professionals.
Responsibilities
- Lead environmental programmes across North Island renewables assets and ensure environmental excellence.
- Provide strategic environmental advice enabling sustainable operations and RMAs compliance.
- Build trusted relationships with mana whenua, regulators and communities across sites.
- Drive continuous improvement of environmental systems and processes and mentor the team.
