Job summary

Allevia Health is seeking an Environment and Carbon Reporting Lead to strengthen carbon data management and sustainability practices across our group of healthcare businesses at the Corporate Office in Newmarket, Auckland.

In this 0.6 FTE role, you will lead collection, validation, and reporting of emissions data, serve as administrator for our carbon accounting platform, and collaborate with sustainability leads, procurement, and finance to identify reduction opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sustainability, carbon accounting, or related coordination roles.
• Strong Excel, data management, reporting, and digital systems capability.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with data from multiple sources.

Environment and Carbon Reporting Lead

Allevia Health is looking for a practical, detail-focused Environment and Carbon Reporting Lead to help strengthen environmental reporting, carbon data management, and sustainability practices across our group of healthcare businesses.

In this role, you will lead the collection, validation, consolidation, and reporting of carbon emissions and environmental performance data from across the group. You will be the primary administrator and subject matter expert for our carbon accounting platform, support stakeholders with reporting requirements, and provide useful insights that help identify gaps, improvements, and carbon reduction opportunities.

You will work closely with sustainability leads, senior managers, procurement, finance, external providers, and certification bodies to support accurate reporting, improved data quality, and practical initiatives across Allevia Health.

We are looking for someone who brings:

• Experience in sustainability, carbon accounting, environmental reporting, data administration, or a related coordination role.


• Strong Excel, data management, reporting, and digital systems capability.


• Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with data from multiple sources.


• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.


• A practical, collaborative approach and a genuine interest in sustainability, carbon reduction, and continuous improvement.

Experience in healthcare, multi-site organisations, carbon certification, environmental reporting frameworks, and platforms would be advantageous.
