We are seeking a Cleaning Manager to lead and inspire our already well established, hardworking team of hospital cleaners and presents an opportunity to oversee a service that makes a direct difference to the safety, experience and wellbeing of patients and our hospital community.
This is a permanent full-time position working across our main hospital sites in Epsom, Greenlane and Takapuna and due to the nature of their varying operational requirements you will have the flexibility to work with a wide range of shift patterns in a multi-site environment.
Reporting to the Hotel Services Manager and working closely with your team of Housekeeping Supervisors you’ll be a practical and solutions-focused leader who can balance the big picture with the operational detail.
Bringing expertise in commercial hygiene, waste management and people leadership, you'll be well equipped to provide your team with direction, support and achievable goals that streamline sustainable processes, promote efficiency and maintain Allevia’s exemplary standards.
