Qualifications

• Experience in sustainability, carbon accounting, environmental reporting, data administration, or a related coordination role.
• Strong Excel, data management, reporting, and digital systems capability.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidence working with data from multiple sources.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A practical, collaborative approach and a genuine interest in sustainability, carbon reduction, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in healthcare, multi-site organisations, carbon certification, environmental reporting frameworks, and platforms would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the collection, validation, consolidation and reporting of carbon emissions and environmental performance data across the group.
• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for our carbon accounting platform.
• Support stakeholders with reporting requirements and provide insights to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Collaborate with sustainability leads, senior managers, procurement, finance, external providers, and certification bodies.
