• Ability to coordinate across business units, vendors, and support partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and optimisation of enterprise platforms in line with priorities and governance.
• Partner with business units, Digital Connect teams, vendors, and support partners to translate requirements into solutions.
• Support governance forums with analysis, recommendations, and impact assessments.
• Drive continuous improvement to simplify processes, improve system utilisation, and strengthen data quality.
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams to ensure delivery.
