• Strong understanding of business processes, data flows, system integrations, and enterprise applications.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and optimisation of enterprise platforms in line with organisational priorities and governance frameworks.
• Partner with business units, Digital Connect teams, vendors, and support partners to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
• Support governance forums by providing analysis, recommendations, impact assessments, and enhancement planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that simplify processes, improve system utilisation, strengthen data quality, and enhance reporting confidence.
• Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams to ensure enterprise system initiatives are effectively coordinated and delivered
