The role focuses on reducing technical debt, boosting platform stability and performance, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that support business growth, with collaboration across architects, stakeholders, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Salesforce development in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, and integrations.
• Knowledge of trigger frameworks, governor limits, security, testing, and performance.
• Broad software development experience (8–10+ years).
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, Git, CI/CD, and Salesforce DX.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
• Lead platform remediation and technical debt reduction.
• Develop solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, and integrations.
• Support backlog and service requests.
• Build reusable frameworks and scalable development patterns.
• Design and implement integrations with internal and third‑party systems.
• Contribute to release management, testing, deployment, and SDLC processes.
• Mentor developers and drive engineering excellence.
