Job summary

DoorDash ANZ seeks an Associate to join the Enterprise team in New Zealand. You will support Enterprise Account Managers with day-to-day management, analytics, reporting, and operational execution for major restaurant partners across NZ.

You’ll turn data into commercial insights, prepare presentations, and help grow partnerships while balancing strategic priorities with hands-on delivery. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Commercially curious and customer-focused.
• 1–3 years in a fast-paced environment (e.g., account management, partnerships, analytics).
• Strong problem solver who takes ownership and handles ambiguity.
• Comfortable using data to drive decisions and present insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Enterprise Account Managers to manage and grow key NZ restaurant partners.
• Build trusted relationships with merchants and identify opportunities to improve their business on DoorDash.
• Own strategic and operational workstreams end-to-end from problem to execution.
• Use data and insights to drive recommendations and actions for merchant growth.
• Support commercial conversations and business reviews with compelling presentations.
