One NZ is seeking a Network Operations Engineer to keep enterprise and government networks connected, available, and high-performing. You will troubleshoot a broad range of networking technologies across Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki, Arista, and cloud services, and participate in a rotating on-call roster.

As a Network Operations Engineer, you’ll play a key role in keeping our Enterprise & Government customers connected by ensuring their network environments are available, stable and performing at their best.
You’ll use your technical expertise across a broad range of networking technologies to troubleshoot issues, implement changes and support continuous service improvement within a 24x7 operational environment. Working across multi-vendor solutions including Cisco, Fortinet, Meraki, Aruba and Arista, you’ll help deliver reliable, high-quality network services for customers with diverse and complex environments.
Please note this role will require you to be on a rotating on-call roster, on average requiring you to be on-call one week out of every other months.
Demonstrated experience in the following areas:
