Job summary

One NZ is seeking a Systems Analyst & Developer to manage and maintain its enterprise application landscape, ensuring our enterprise systems are reliable, secure, and high performing.

You'll be responsible for supporting the full application lifecycle—from solution design and software development through to deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement—ensuring systems underpin business performance and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in systems analysis, software development, or enterprise application support.
  • Strong understanding of application architecture and software delivery.
  • Experience producing technical designs, documentation, and testing plans.
  • Collaborative approach with ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships.

  • Produce detailed design documentation, implementation plans, and test strategies.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, team leaders, and system administrators.
  • Support, maintain, and continuously improve existing business applications.
  • Design and implement disaster recovery and high availability solutions.
  • Respond to business requests and technical issues with a strong customer focus.
  • Apply industry best practice across software design, development, and delivery.
  • Participate in technology initiatives, training, and continuous improvement activities.

As the Systems Analyst & Developer your role is to manage and maintain One NZ's application landscape, ensuring our enterprise systems are reliable, secure, and high performing.
