One New Zealand is seeking an Enterprise Customer & Internal Engagement Lead to plan and deliver a coordinated programme across Enterprise Customers and the wider Customer function. You will create engaging experiences that connect our people, strengthen relationships, and ensure participation in key external events with the right customers.

Working with Sales, Brand & Marketing, Product, and leaders, you will align audiences, content, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex events within a large organisation.
• End-to-end delivery of executive events, hospitality, conferences, hui, and leadership forums.
• Strong judgement in audience design and guest selection for diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent programme management and operational discipline across multiple events.
• Confident stakeholder leadership with senior executives, customers, partners and agencies.
• Experience managing sizeable budgets, contracts, procurement, travel, privacy, health and safety.
• Strong written communication, event briefing, agenda design and run-sheet capability.
• Proficiency with event registration, CRM and reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Own the annual Enterprise and Business engagement calendar, covering events, hospitality, hui and leadership forums.
• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of customer events, executive forums, conferences and sponsorship activations.
• Work with Sales to match customers with relevant events, coordinating nominations, invitations and attendance records.
• Plan and deliver internal hui, leadership forums, town halls and other priority internal events.
• Own the annual planning and delivery of the Legends recognition programme and experiences.
• Manage event budgets, suppliers, venues, contracts, procurement, travel, privacy, health and safety, governance.
• Partner with Brand, Marketing, Product, Practices, PR and external partners to coordinate content and experiences.
• Use attendance data and feedback to improve audience fit, experience quality and planning.
