Job summary

MINDSG LTD is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications to oversee the strategy, operation, and evolution of MINDSG's enterprise application portfolio, spanning ERP, HRMS, CMS, e-Procurement, VDMS, and LMS. This role bridges HR, finance, and operations, driving standardized processes and scalable solutions.

You will lead HRMS functional initiatives, mentor the CMS and ERP executives, and ensure data integrity, cross-system integration, and governance across all departments.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, CS, or Information Systems.
• 8–10 years in enterprise application management.
• 3+ years of leadership of executives/analysts.
• Strong HR processes and payroll/workflow knowledge.
• Familiar with ERP, CMS, e-Procurement, VDMS, LMS.
• SaaS architecture and cloud infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience driving AOR submissions and AMS vendor management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SaaS deployments for ERP, HRMS, CMS, e-Procurement, VDMS, LMS.
• Provide technical leadership to CMS Executive and ERP leadership.
• Ensure compliance with PDPA and MINDS IT guidelines.
• Oversee data governance, integrations, and reporting.
• Manage AMS and SaaS vendor contracts and SLAs.
• Drive security controls and IT governance across platforms.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Ops to align requirements.
