We're looking for an accomplished Senior Programme Manager to lead a high-profile enterprise ERM transformation programme within a large and complex organisation.

This pivotal leadership role will take ownership of the second phase of a major business and technology modernisation initiative, focused on the transformation of critical people, workforce, and payroll capabilities.

A significant part of this role will be working with key vendors. You will need exceptional communication and partnership skills to enable the best out of all parties.

Beyond delivery, you will play a key role in shaping future phases of the programme, helping to establish the long-term roadmaps and ensuring the organisation is well-positioned for ongoing success.

This is a role for a seasoned programme professional who is equally comfortable operating at executive level, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and leading large-scale technology delivery programmes through to successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end leadership of a significant enterprise-wide transformation programme
• Develop and drive programme strategy, governance, delivery frameworks, and execution plans
• Lead the development of investment and implementation business cases, engaging with executive stakeholders and assurance functions.
• Manage complex vendor and partner relationships across a multi-supplier environment
• Establish and oversee commercial and delivery models that support successful programme outcomes
• Work closely with senior leaders to challenge existing ways of working and drive informed decision-making
• Ensure organisational readiness through strong change leadership, stakeholder engagement, and effective communication
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative, and delivery-focused programme culture

About You

You will be a highly credible Programme Manager with a proven track record of leading large, complex technology-enabled transformation programmes in sizeable and sophisticated organisations.

To be successful, you will bring:

• Significant experience leading enterprise-wide transformation and technology implementation programmes
• A strong background delivering within large public sector or similarly complex environments
• Demonstrated success managing multi-vendor delivery models and large stakeholder groups
• Experience preparing and delivering robust business cases, investment proposals, and programme assurance activities
• Strong commercial acumen, including the establishment of effective programme and vendor management frameworks
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust at all organisational levels
• A deep understanding of organisational change and the ability to bring leaders, frontline employees, and key stakeholders on the transformation journey
• Technical programme delivery experience, with ERP or SAP-related programmes viewed favourably
