Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to manage multi-vendor delivery and complex stakeholder groups.
• Strong track record delivering technology-enabled transformations in large organisations.
• Experience building robust business cases, investment proposals and programme assurance.
• Excellent commercial acumen and vendor management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end leadership of a significant enterprise-wide transformation programme.
• Develop and drive programme strategy, governance, delivery frameworks, and execution plans.
• Lead development of investment and implementation business cases, engaging with executive stakeholders and assurance functions.
• Manage complex vendor and partner relationships across a multi-supplier environment.
• Establish and oversee commercial and delivery models supporting programme outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to challenge current ways of working and drive informed decisions.
• Ensure organisational readiness through change leadership, stakeholder engagement and communication.
• Foster a high-performing, collaborative delivery-focused programme culture.
