Job summary

Datacom seeks a resilient Senior Project Manager to lead large ERP/CRM initiatives from initiation through closure. You will define approaches, plan and organise resources, and technically direct delivery across multiple platforms.

You will coordinate documentation, testing and enhancements, tailor methodologies, manage budgets and benefits, and exceed stakeholder expectations through strong governance and communication.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience on large complex projects with ERP/CRM focus.
• Ability to build and lead collaborative project teams.
• Strong understanding of software development and implementation projects.
• Excellent stakeholder communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management services across a portfolio of large projects from initiation to closure.
• Define, plan, organise and control project delivery within scope, budget and time.
• Ensure quality and contractual requirements are met on all projects.
• Manage project teams in a complex, multi-platform environment.
• Coordinate documentation, design, development and testing of enhancements and new developments.
• Tailor project methodology to individual projects as needed.
• Prepare budgets, obtain approvals and monitor financials and benefits realization.
• Exceed stakeholder expectations through effective stakeholder management.
