Job summary

Elastic, the Data Analytics, AI, Search, Observability & Security company, is seeking a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expansion within Enterprise Accounts in an assigned territory. You will be a trusted advisor, helping customers unlock power of search analytics and AI, while navigating complex deals with executive stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing and RevOps to accelerate growth and deliver measurable

Qualifications

High-level technical curiosity paired with value-based selling
Proven success in SaaS subscription sales in Enterprise accounts
Ability to craft value narratives linking Elastic tech to business outcomes
Experience leading high-stakes contract and pricing discussions
Fluency in technical topics including security, observability and cloud cost optimization
Proven ability to establish credibility with both developers and executives
Strong forecasting discipline and cross-team alignment

Responsibilities

Drive adoption of Elastic AI-powered search, Observability and Security solutions within Enterprise accounts
Act as trusted advisor to turn data into actionable insights
Position Elastic as the platform of choice through cloud economics and modern data architectures
Navigate complex sales cycles and uncover high-confidence opportunities
Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals
Develop territory growth plans leveraging partner ecosystems
