Future Secure AI is seeking an Engagement Lead to own the full lifecycle from discovery to production deployment. You will lead the team that translates client needs into AI solutions, owning outcomes and guiding strategic value delivery for enterprise clients.

You will interact with senior stakeholders, structure compelling business cases, and drive execution across cross-functional teams. This role requires accountability, ownership, and a track record in complex financial sector programs.

Qualifications

• Senior engagement or delivery leadership experience at a top-tier consulting firm (Senior Manager, Principal, or Engagement Manager level).
• Ability to move from strategic ambiguity to executable plan.
• Confidence leading cross-functional teams and operating at C-suite level.
• Experience from within complex financial sector clients is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Structure business cases and value drivers tied to strategic outcomes with enterprise clients.
• Translate client needs into scoped AI solutions and design deployment roadmaps.
• Represent FSAI at executive and steering committee level throughout the engagement.
