Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Customer Service Manager for our Active 4x4 Dismantlers operation in Onehunga, Auckland. This permanent, full-time role guarantees a minimum of 40 hours per week and offers a competitive hourly rate.

You will develop and maintain customer-service standards, oversee inquiries, quotations, and after-sales processes, supervise staff, and drive service improvements across sales, warehouse and management interfaces. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer-service management experience.

Pay: NZD $38.00–$44.00 per hour
