Job summary

Active 4x4 Dismantlers in Onehunga, Auckland, seeks a Customer Service Manager to lead our customer-service operations across our automotive-parts business. You will develop standards, handle inquiries, quotations and after-sales processes while supervising staff.

The role requires at least 3 years of customer-service management experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate across sales, warehouse and management teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, parts, retail or related environment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Guaranteed Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week
Pay: NZD $38.00–$44.00 per hour
