Job summary

Active 4x4 Dismantlers in Onehunga, Auckland, is seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee customer-service operations across our automotive-parts business. This permanent, full-time role guarantees a minimum of 40 hours per week with pay in the NZD $38.00–$44.00 per hour range.

You will develop and maintain service standards, manage inquiries and after-sales processes, and coordinate with sales, warehouse, and management teams to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency.
