Vs Group of Enterprises Limited is looking for a Store Manager for a new store opening in Port Charmers, Dunedin. As Store Manager you’ll oversee daily operations ensuring exceptional customer service, high quality products, and efficient team management. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a welcoming environment and upholding the store’s reputation for excellence.

Work hours: 35 to 40 hours per week guaranteed (minimum 35 hours guaranteed).

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently manage the overall operations of the store
• Lead the team independently and supervise the staff for smooth routine operations of the business
• Manage the daily operations of the store
• Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, rostering, training and performance evaluation
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Monitor and analyse sales and financial data
• Practice excellent communication skills with staff, management and customers
• Manage finances, including budgeting, cash handling and financial reporting
