Job summary

Capable NZ is seeking an Engineering Facilitator to lead delivery within the Bachelor of Engineering Technology. The role supports adult learners, travels with learners when needed and leverages remote delivery tools, primarily Teams, with an office in Dunedin for onsite work.

You will bring strong knowledge of engineering, adult education principles, and a collaborative, self-managing approach to support learner success across a nationwide NZ learner base.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering education and work-based learning.
• Strong leadership, management or adult education background.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning for Bachelor of Engineering Technology students.
• Guide learners through reflection and self-assessment.
