Qualifications

• Min 5 years' experience in food processing site.
• Min 2 years' experience as Eng/Maintenance Manager.
• Demonstrated experience in managing engineers & contractors.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Engineering department.
• Preventive maintenance of production equipment.
• Reporting functions, Management Reviews, etc.
• Ensure Quality Engineering Best Practice.
• Generating and maintaining budgets.
• Hiring, training, mentoring & supervising staff members.
