Alliance Group is seeking a proven engineering leader to head a large Plant Services team at our Otago site. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you will provide strategic and operational oversight of engineering, maintenance, environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives to improve asset performance and plant reliability.
You will drive capital projects, budgeting, continuous improvement, and a strong safety culture while leading a high-performing team with a hands-on approach.
Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this is a key leadership position responsible for leading a large Plant Services team while providing strategic and operational oversight of engineering, maintenance, environmental compliance, and sustainability initiatives. You'll play a critical role in ensuring plant reliability, improving asset performance, delivering capital projects, leading continuous improvement programmes, and maintaining strong environmental and regulatory compliance standards.
