OJI Fibre Solutions in Levin, NZ, invites applications for a senior Engineering Leader to drive reliability and maintenance excellence across our Corrugated Case operations.

You will lead Electrical and Reliability Engineers and trades staff, champion Lean, CMMS and RCM processes, and partner with the Facility Manager to deliver safe, high‑performing packaging production.

• Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) experience.
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
• CMMS and maintenance planning experience.

• Experience in manufacturing, packaging, FMCG or similar industries.

• Collaborate with Plant leadership and central business unit.
• Ensure safety practices and standards are followed.
• Plan and execute maintenance projects and capital improvements.

Reporting to the Facility Manager, and a key member of Packaging NZ’s Central Business Unit Leadership Team, you will lead and develop a skilled Engineering team comprising a Electrical and Reliability Engineers, Planner/Stores person and shift-based Mechanical and Electrical Trades staff. Under your leadership relentless improvement in equipment reliability, maintenance excellence and operational performance will be key priorities.
