The ideal candidate is an admitted attorney with at least 5 years in regulatory law, with experience liaising with regulatory bodies and strong drafting abilities.

Qualifications

• Admitted attorney in the High Court of South Africa with registration to practice.
• Minimum 5 years of regulatory law experience in the energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of South African energy regulations, environmental and administrative law.
• Experience dealing with regulatory bodies and authorities.
• Excellent analytical, research, and drafting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on all regulatory matters related to the energy sector.
• Monitor changes in legislation and regulations affecting the company's operations.
