Qualifications

• LLB from a recognized university and SA admission as attorney/advocate.
• 4+ years in commercial law with contract drafting experience.

• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid team.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Provide advice on regulatory compliance relevant to operations.
• Assist in managing and resolving disputes and claims.
• Conduct legal research and prepare opinions.
