• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa with at least 5 years PQE.
• Proven experience in corporate and commercial contract law.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance and company law in SA.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Queenstown, Eastern Cape.
