Qualifications

• LLB degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Admission as an Attorney or Advocate is advantageous but not essential.
• A strong interest in regulatory compliance, corporate law, or financial services law.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in a specialized legal field.

Responsabilités

• Assist in monitoring regulatory changes and assessing their impact on the company's operations.
• Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct legal research on various compliance-related matters, including financial services regulations.
• Prepare reports and presentations on compliance activities for management.
