Responsibilities

• Support people with complex behavioural and medical needs while promoting safety and positive behaviour.
• Teach and reinforce everyday living skills to build independence.
• Assist with transportation, finances, meals, shopping, cleaning, showering, and medication administration.
• Manage risk and respond to challenging situations across day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
