Habit Health in Wellington CBD is seeking an Employment Consultant to support clients with career planning and vocational rehabilitation. You will identify strengths, remove barriers to work and help clients achieve sustainable employment or training outcomes.

You will coach CVs and interview skills, build relationships with employers and community stakeholders, identify job opportunities, and collaborate with health professionals as part of an integrated support team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in employment services or vocational rehabilitation.
• Ability to support diverse clients with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong written communication, report writing and documentation.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload.

About the Role

As an Employment Consultant, you'll work closely with clients to provide personalised career and vocational rehabilitation support. You'll help people identify their strengths, overcome barriers to employment, and achieve sustainable work or training outcomes.

No two days are the same. You could be coaching a client through interview preparation, engaging with local employers to create opportunities, developing career plans, or collaborating with health professionals as part of an integrated support team. Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting clients with career planning and goal setting
