Job summary

Habit Health in Tauranga is seeking an experienced Vocational Consultant to guide ACC/MSD clients back into employment with personalised rehab solutions.

You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, use AI tools to boost performance, and contribute to a supportive, growth-focused work culture. A CDANZ membership is essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification or professional membership with CDANZ (or eligibility).
• Analytical thinker who can quickly solve problems and adapt to client needs.
• Strong communication skills to engage diverse clients and stakeholders.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor suitable for client-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Handle claims and report to ACC with urgency.
• Conduct career competencies assessments for rehabilitation clients.
• Create action plans for career change and development.
• Ensure physical rehabilitation needs are prioritised and addressed.
• Undertake Occupational Assessments as required.

Main responsibilities:
