Job summary

Habit Health, based in Tauranga, NZ, is seeking an experienced Vocational Consultant to deliver personalised vocational rehabilitation solutions for ACC, MSD and private clients. You will guide meaningful journeys back to work, with access to AI-assisted tools, mentorship, and a stimulating team environment.

The ideal candidate holds CDANZ membership or eligibility, has strong analytical and communication skills, and can manage career assessments, action planning, and occupational evaluations.

• Tertiary qualification - Full or Professional Membership of the Career Development Association of New Zealand (or eligibility to gain membership)

Main responsibilities
