Join our Emergency Housing team and make a real difference in the lives of whānau experiencing housing challenges. In this role, you'll provide practical, person-centred support, helping people navigate housing, connect with essential community services, and move towards long-term stability.
Working alongside a passionate team, you'll support whānau to access the Ministry of Social Development, health, education, and other community services, supporting them to achieve their goals and build brighter futures.
We're looking for someone with experience in the mental health and social services sector, who has strong knowledge of the Mastertoncommunity and is passionate about achieving the best outcomes for whānau.
What you'll be doing:
