Job summary

Stellar Recruitment is seeking multiple Registered Electricians to join a major renewable energy project commencing in November 2026. This is a fixed-term opportunity: work secured through to April 2027 on a large-scale infrastructure initiative delivering New Zealand's renewable energy future.

Your duties include electrical installations, cable containment, cable pulling, terminations, testing and commissioning support, while maintaining high standards of safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Current EWRB Registration and Practising Licence.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, infrastructure or large-scale construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• NZ working rights and reliable transport.

About the Role

We're seeking multiple Registered Electricians to join a major renewable energy project commencing in November 2026. This is an opportunity to be part of a large-scale infrastructure development that will contribute to New Zealand's renewable energy future. With work secured through to April 2027, you'll join an experienced project team delivering a high-profile project while gaining valuable exposure to the rapidly growing renewable energy sector.

Your duties will include electrical installations, cable containment, cable pulling, terminations, testing and commissioning support, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety across site.

About You

• Current EWRB Registration and Practising Licence
• Experience in commercial, industrial, infrastructure or large-scale construction projects
• Strong understanding of electrical safety and compliance requirements
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Reliable, motivated and team-oriented approach
• Full Class 1 Driver Licence
• A valid Site Safe passport
• NZ Working rights (NZ Citizen, Permanent Resident or Resident visa)
• Reliable transport
• EWP, Working at Heights and First aid are extremely advantageous
