Qualifications

• Hold a current EWRB practising licence.
• Hold a clean, full New Zealand driver’s licence.
• Have at least three years of relevant work experience in electrical servicing or appliance repair.
• Be competent working independently and mentoring apprentices.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Be trustworthy, reliable, and take pride in delivering quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial electrical equipment, including kitchen and laundry appliances.

About the role:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to join our growing team, preferably with experience in maintaining, servicing and repairing fast-food commercial equipment. You’ll be responsible for:

• Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of commercial electrical equipment, including kitchen and laundry appliances.
• Attending on-site service calls and performing in-workshop repairs.
• Completing electrical compliance checks and maintaining accurate service records.
• Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Working independently and as part of a tight-knit team.
• This is a technically varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting and problem-solving. Training will be provided to broaden your knowledge of specific commercial systems and machinery
