Cushman & Wakefield in Auckland seeks an experienced Electrical Estimator to manage end-to-end pricing, quoting, and delivery of minor works and projects across commercial environments.

This role suits a qualified electrician who has moved into estimating and delivery, combining technical knowledge with commercial decision-making. You will prepare quotes, oversee execution, and report to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified Electrician with current registration is advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial electrical maintenance.
• At least 2 years’ experience in estimating and/or project management.
• Strong written communication skills, especially in preparing estimates.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate electrical estimates for minor works and projects, ensuring competitive and commercially sound pricing.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery including scoping, quoting, scheduling, and close-out documentation.
• Oversee job execution to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.
• Complete reconciliations and reporting for all assigned works.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and reliable service.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Electrical Manager, technicians, and commercial stakeholders.
• Ensure all work meets EHS requirements, safety standards, and compliance obligations.
