Aliaxis is seeking a motivated Territory Manager to lead electrical sales across Central Auckland, North Auckland and Northland. You will develop relationships with electrical wholesalers, contractors, and key stakeholders to foster growth and expand market presence in a field-based role.

The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years in territory sales, plus strong communication, project sales experience, and a technical understanding of electrical products.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of territory sales and account management experience.
• Electrical tradespeople with strong technical understanding and client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with wholesalers, end users, and key stakeholders.
• Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities within the territory.
• Provide customers with product knowledge, technical advice, and training.
• Manage territory through regular visits, supporting existing accounts, and guiding projects from spec to completion.
• Conduct territory planning aligned with regional sales objectives.
• Use sales data and feedback to refine sales approach and improve performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, seamless service and support.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business objectives.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions, opportunities, and plans.
• Comply with health and safety requirements and manage assets responsibly.
