Job summary

Aliaxis is seeking a motivated Territory Manager to lead electrical sales across Central Auckland, North Auckland, and Northland. You’ll work with wholesalers, contractors, and key stakeholders to grow market presence, driven by autonomy and a passion for building customer relations in a field-based role.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in territory sales or account management within electrical/manufacturing, with strong communication and project sales experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in territory sales/account management, preferably in Electrical/related industry.
• Ability to engage with wholesalers, contractors, and stakeholders to drive sales growth.
• Proven track record in project sales and influencing specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with wholesalers and end users, providing responsive, solution-focused support.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the territory.
• Provide product knowledge, technical advice, and training to customers.
• Manage territory through regular visits, support existing accounts, and guide projects from spec to completion.
• Plan territory activities aligned with regional sales objectives.
• Use market insights to refine sales approach and improve performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, consistent service.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to broader business goals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and opportunities.
• Adhere to H&S requirements and manage company assets responsibly.
