Job summary

Aliaxis in Auckland seeks an experienced Account Manager – Custom & Glazing to lead key customer relationships across the custom extrusion and glazing market. You will identify growth opportunities, provide technical and commercial solutions, and partner with glazing fabricators and raw material customers to deliver sustainable business success.

You will collaborate with internal sales, marketing, supply chain, and product development teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management within construction, building materials, glazing or fabrication environments.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and influencing capability.
• Commercial acumen with a growth-focused and solutions mindset.
• Technical aptitude and ability to understand specifications and manufacturing processes (highly regarded).
• Excellent organisation, planning and time management skills.
• Confidence working autonomously while collaborating as part of a wider team.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• A valid NZ Driver’s Licence and travel is a requirement of this role.

Responsibilities

• Champion health and safety as the number one priority.
• Build deep, trusted relationships with key accounts in the custom and glazing market.
• Identify, develop and convert business opportunities, including custom extrusion projects.
• Shape and manage a strong project and opportunity pipeline using CRM and tracking tools.
• Partner with customers to understand specifications, technical requirements and emerging trends.
• Work closely with internal teams across sales, marketing, supply chain and product development.
• Represent the business at trade shows, customer events and industry forums.
• Drive pricing, margin and commercial performance aligned to business targets.
• Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting and account plans.
