Job summary

Endura Mining in New Zealand is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our electrical maintenance team above and underground. You will supervise and plan maintenance across underground and surface operations, ensuring reliable electrical systems and compliance with NZ mining standards.

This hands-on leadership role requires a NZ Registered Electrician with a current Practising Licence, substantial mining/heavy industry experience, and proven supervisory skills.

Qualifications

Job responsibilities

• NZ Registered Electrician qualification (or recognised equivalent eligible for registration).
• Current Electrical Practicing Licence.
• Significant experience in mining, heavy industry, or processing environments.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience within an electrical maintenance team.
• Strong knowledge of underground mining electrical systems and infrastructure.
• Experience with high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems.
• Sound understanding of statutory compliance and safety management systems.
• Excellent planning, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.
• Current New Zealand driver's licence.
